In addition to the interfaces that the Saia PCD3 has onboard, the interface functions can also be expanded by means of various slots.
Numerous protocols are therefore supported by the PCD3. For the majority of protocols, the physical bus specifications are offered as a
plug-in module. If this is not the case, the bus can be connected via an external converter.
