 Saia PCD® S0 pulse counters with temperature inputs
Read and transmit S0 pulse, temperature and S0+ data
Besides the classic S0 pulses, the PCD1.H108S modules canalso capture temperatures of PT1000 sensors direct,
and read and evaluate the SBC proprietary unidirectional S0+ protocol, which is transmitted over the S0 output.
Inputs from the S0 impulse counter can be connected directly to the PT1000 temperature sensors or with the S0+
protocol. Detection of the applied medium takes place automatically. The S0 pulse counter PCD1.H108S enables
the efficient transfer, evaluation and forwarding of energy data direct to the S-Monitoring solutions of SBC without
additional complicated coupler modules.

The inputs can also read the SBC proprietary unidirectional protocol S0+
The unidirectional protocol S0+ is a cost-effective way of
outputting the data from the S0 output. The SBC energy
meters with S0 output can display the unidirectional pro-
tocol S0+. The measurement data will then be displayed cyclically
via the S0 output.
This functionality is integrated into the following devices:
