Not possible to update library because the wrong version of Update Manager opens!

PG5 2.1.310 shows wrongly the path of PG5 2.0 Update Manager. This happens when PG5 2.0 was installed after PG5 2.1!
Solution:
With Windows Explorer locate the PG5 Version Selector under c:\Program Files\SBC\PG5 V2.1.310\
Change the Version to2.1.310:
