How to activate the vertical and horizontal scrollbar in the edit mode of the Visi.Plus GE?

Switch the GE of Visi.Plus to edit mode
Click on free place of your window.
Select the menu point "Edit/Properties".
In the "Window-properties" window click on the button "Window attribute"
There then you can click on the check box "Horizontal Scroll" and "Vertical Scroll" to active the two scrollbars.
