Where can I find the fupla libraries for Web Trending and Alarming ?

As those fupla librairies aren't used by all customer there aren't installed automatcaly in fupla editor during PG5 installation. They have to be installed manually from PG5 installation CD.
The libs HDLog_V1_3_00x_ml.exe and SWA alarming_V1_x_xxx_ml.exe are located in PG5 installation CD under: \Fbox libs\C\
After the installation thoses libraries are located in the FBox selector under User.
