How can I resize a picture in a Web Editor project?

The Web Editor does show the pictures in exactly the size it is imported. The Web Editor itself cannot resize pictures. This means that the picture is to be modified using another appropriate tool (e.g. Gimp or Adobe Photoshop). After the picture is resized, re-import it (change the source in the Repaint tab to the new picture).
