Functions in alarm buffer are not working correctly

close buffer when empty: the buffer stays open even if there are no more alarms in the buffer

move cursor down by screen: even if we select “by screen” he scrolls down line by line

Both functions will be corrected in HMI 1.4. If an urgent correction is needet the support-team can send you a corrected version for PG5 1.3
