After download CPU goes in Halt: checksum fail!

When using PCD1 with a flash additionnal memory, after program download the CPU goes in halt, with the error: checksum fail if the CPU name starts with a number and/or contains an accent (eg: 1er étage)!!
Accent in CPU and file name should not be used, also CPU name should not start with a number!
This problem occurs on PCD1.M130 with a 1 Mbits flash memory (FW 075 and 080). It occurs also on the PCS1.
Note: If a Ram memory is used there is no problem!
Solution: Change the CPU name, no starting with a number and containing no accents!
A correction should be done in PG5 1.3 and / or in the FW.
