Order number in MFC42.DLL missing

It is not possible to open the SCONF.exe (part of the standalone up-/downloader). An errormessage of a missing dll MFC42.DLL appears.
Normally the MFC42.DLL is installed automaticaly with Microsoft products. It is possible that a harddisk-cleaning program erases this dll.
If this is the case you have to re enter this dll in the directory Windows\System32.
