Problems reading position of linear encoders with high resolutions with PCD2.H311

It could happen that the position of linear encoders with high resolutions aren't read properly by the PCD2.H311 with hardware version older than A2.
New setting (introduced in HW version A2) of the input filter allow now working with linear encoder with high resolution and avoid bad reading of the position.
