How can local SBC hardware be projected in Simatic-Manager?

Local SBC hardware (I/O modules) is configured with the I/O Builder. Then the I/O Builder is used to generate an STL source, which is imported into the S7 project and compiled. The hardware configuration is therefore defined in a data block (DB1, DB 511 or DB 1023). When reconstructing or modifying the HW configuration, a PCD restart (Stop/Start) is always required.
