Recording of the measurement reading with calibration, filtering and limit value monitoring. The connected analogue value can be upgraded according to the type.

 

 

The recorded measurement reading can be calibrated by specifying an adjustment. Subsequently, the measurement reading is filtered. The frequency of the measurement reading can be set, the smoothing factor states the allotment, which is included in the new measurement reading in case of a measured value alteration. Example: Current measurement reading 10.0 °C, new measurement reading 14.3 °C, smoothing factor 10.

 

The formula is: Current measurement reading=(New measurement reading - current measurement reading) / Smoothing factor + current measurement reading

 

Current measurement reading=(14.3 - 10.0) / 10 + 10.00 = 4.3 / 10 + 10.0 = 10.4°C

 

The more the smoothing factor, more sluggish is the measurement reading. The new measurement reading is directly used in factor 1.

 

It additionally monitors for an upper and lower limit value. To prevent ghost signals in case of a fuse failure, a rejection of signal takes place depending on the associated voltage monitoring.
