gie Label certificate. The integration of the
building services equipment was consist-
ently plannedwith bus technologies, such
as DALI for lighting and MP Bus in the
HVAC subsystem, right into the Saia®PCD
controllers. This was possible with mini-
mal effort, including the operation of all

Saia® PCDs were used for the con-

Ethernet network guarantees the
communication between all sta-
tions. The visualization is totally
web-based, from operator pan-
lands by 2013. This will create a
solid basis for a dense national
infrastructure for electric cars.
To bill the energy supplied cor-
rectly, ALFEN needed a compact,
cost-effective and MID-approved
equipments with web technology. The
extremely high level of flexibility intrinsic
to our programmable controllers and our
open web technology, which removes the
need for large investments in expensive
visualization systems, were decisive fac-
tors in the winning of the contract.

3-

and has already been used for the
first one hundred units installed
in the Netherlands.
