If the time of the PC you are working on, or the time of the server where the project files stored is behind the time that the project has been build or saved the last time, the project manager thinks that another build is required. The problem appears especially when moving a project from one computer to another.
Due of an error on PG5 2.1.210, then IP-Node information is not stored correctly on the application program. This could lead to the situations that after a program download with PG5 2.1.210 the Ether-S-Bus communication doesn’t work anymore between some stations. To solve the problem, copy the attached file Spm52.exe (version 2.1.210.1 or higher) to the PG5 2.1.210 installation folder, compile again the concerned CPU and do load the concerned CPU to the PCD. This version will be included also in the next patch for PG5 2.1.210
After installing or upgrading the Sun Java Virtual Machine Version 6 (resp. 1.6) the SBC Java applet for S-Web applications (IMasterSaia*.jar) does not update PPO values anymore. To fix this refreshing problem, either use a recent firmwae or disable the file caching for java files.
Since the FTP server of the PCD has been developped, SBC suggested to use the freeware FTP Client Filezilla to access the PLC Filesystem. Lately and with newest FileZilla versions we received several reports that there are difficulties with the FTP Client FileZilla (e.g. that the IMasterSaia.jar was not completely downloaded).
