The SBC PCD1.M2xxx series is a compact controller with onboard I/Os and in addition two I/O-slots for PCD2 I/O-modules or communication interface-modules. The Web/IT functionality, the onboard memory, the range of standard communication interfaces and the expansion options offer good solutions for small to medium installations.

PG5 2.0.210 or later is to be used for working with the PCD1.M2160.

PG5 2.0.200 or later is to be used for working with the PCD1.M2020.

Patch 4 of PG5 2.0.150 is to be used for working with the PCD1.M2120, see FAQ 101541.

The differences between firmware version 1.16.69 and 1.20.xx are listed in in FAQ 101820.

The differences between firmware version 1.16.27 and 1.16.69 are listed in FAQ 101624.

The differences between firmware version 1.14.23 and 1.16.27 are listed in FAQ 101624.

Please note that the Micro SD card inside the PCD1.M2 is NOT to be removed!

On slot A can only be used a PCD7.F1xxS module (the versions without the "S" are too large and can not be mounted).

An internal modem PCD2.T8xx can only be used together with a PCD7.F121S module and an external wiring on the terminal block.

The memory module PCD2.R6000 is not supported due the mechanical restrictions (while PCD2.F2xx0 modules can be used without restriction).

It is not possible to mount a Profibus DP master (PCD7.F7500) or a CAN module PCD7.F7400.

For the onboard I/Os the media mapping must be used (direct access to the I/Os from the DDC Suite is not supported).

Information about PCD7.W600 on this link

The Profibus DP Master module PCD7.F7500 (or a PCD7.F7400) is not supported.
