Intallation PG5 Suite crash (Error -1603: Fatal Error During Installation )

Symptom
the setup of the PG5 Suite V2.0.210 aborts with the error with number -1603 and the setup fails.

Reason
According to the Microsoft installschield help a file is used by an other process.

Solution
The fact that a file is already used is rather unlikely because the previous version has been uninstalled). But according our tests the problem can be solved by deleting the file. Please delete the following file and launch the installation again 

‘C:\Program Files (x86)\Saia-Burgess\PG5_20\Driver USB\ SaiaDevice.inf’,

Remarks

• This file is no longer installed with the actual version of PG5. It is likely that this file was kept on an uninstallation of a previous version of PG5 2.0. Since PG5 version $2.0.152 a new usb driver is introduced. 
  If  the file ‘SaiaDevice.inf’ is still present on the hard disk , without his associate file ‘drvxusb.sys’ this can crash the installation .
• For a next version of the PG5 2.0 setup the trouble will be avoided by installing the new usb driver in a different path. So the setup will not see the eventual old driver still present on the hard disk.
• Once the file have be deleted manually, then the trouble is fixed for this computer, the trouble will no more happen.
