"SAIA_ASSERT failed..." message error appears on a Rebuid All Files

Symptom:




Reported message:
SAIA_ASSERT failed at line 1843 in D:\work\source\PG5_1_4\Sfup32\Sfupcomp.cpp: Value==0 || Value == 1


Reason: 
In fupla editor some connectors can look like beeing empty but when you click on it/them it obviously contains a invisible "SPACE" char.


Solution:
Delete all these unwished "SPACE" chars and make a REBUILD ALL FILES in PG5
