Incompatibility between PG5 2.0 and "Symantec Protection Agent 5.1" (firewall software)

On some PC systems it could be observed that a DLL installed by "Symantec Protection Agent 5.1" lead to a crash of PG5 2.0 Project Manager and Fupla.
Symptom
PG5 2.0.110 SPM (Project Manager) and Fupla do crash every time they are lauched. This phenomenon has been observed on PC systems with installed Symantec Protection Agent 5.1 (firewall) software only.
Reason
The analysis of this phenomenon has shown a direct relation with a dll for the antivirus. It seems the problem is coming from the file SYSFER.DLL located in the path “C:\WINDOWS\system32”
Solution
In order to avoid this problem we recommend to check whether the crash is related to the mentionen DLL by renaming the DLL. In case the DLL is already loaded in some process and cannot be renamed, then restart the machine in "Safe Mode" and then try again to rename or remove the DLL. Finally restart the machine in normal mode. This should resolve the issue (the Symantec Protection Agent software seems to be working fine even without this DLL).
