Warning 399: Failed to create Block Information files: Bad file: xxx.pcd on PG5

FAQ #101231

This error is displayed on the project manger of PG5 after compilation if the user does define a text with the text address 0 in the application program.

To solve the problem, change the address of the text 0 to a different address >0.
