Belimo does offer new 6-way valves which can be controlled with a 0..10 V input (0..3V: heating; 3..7V: dead range; 7..10V: cooling). These valves can be driven by a PCD7.L6xx room controller.

Yes, since the PCD7.L6xx with firmware SV1.12 (January 2010).
