The scommdll don't work correctly with a processor Dual Core from AMD

Due to some problems of timing with the processor Dual Core from AMD the scommdll don't work properly. Some errors messages occur during the download and the download fails.
To solve this problem, there is a soft "AMD Dual-Core Optimizer" available under this link:

There is also a soft from Microsoft that increases the performance of a PC with multiple processors using Windows XP SP2. It is available under this link: support.microsoft.com/kb/896256/en-us
