Why are the file system FBoxes not indicating an error if the memory card is not present

FAQ #100978

If the memory card is not present the file system FBoxes seem to work as usual. They are still green and no error is indicated

Problem
It seems that the writing and reading on the file system works. The FBox does not display an error and stays green

Reason
The Memory Managment FBox controls if the memory is present. If it is not present, the output Memory is set to zero. All other file system operations are stopped until the memory card is present again. The written data is not stored in the buffer since the read and write operations are not executed at all.

It can happen, that the FBox get's red, if a writing or reading was executed in the moment where the card was removed. In this case, the Memory Management FBox has not yet recognized that the memory is not present anymore and the writing / reading will fail.
