change baudrate with SNet configurator

FAQ #100514

If you change the baudrate in a SNet the new parameters must be downloaded with "Download hardwaresettings".

Rebuild and download also all programs.

After a baudrate change in a SNet a rebuild all programms is not enough to have a good result with the new network parameters.
