Why does the message: "The program contains features which will not run on this PCD..." appear when trying to download?

Problem
After a successful build the following error message appears on download.

Reason
If the program contains functions which are not supported this error appars on download. Often the problem is related to F-Boxes which work only on the PCS1 and a PCD2 is choosen as PCD-type. Maybe the program was once created for a PCS1 and the user forgot to remove these special F-Boxes like "Clock on Supercap"; "CPU LED" etc.

Solution
Remove the F-Boxes or functions which will not work on this PCD type.
