Why is RUN HALT and ERROR Led activ and the RESET LED on the Power Supply (PCD4.N2X) too?

Problem
RUN HALT and ERROR LED are active. The RESET LED on PCD4.N2x is active too. It is no more possible to go online.

Reason
The problem could problably be that the power supply for the automate is too low (<19V). For this reason the PCD can no more start up. The 24V LED will still be active even when the voltage is below 19V.

Solution
Check your power supply with an multimeter. It has to be 24V (-20% / + 25%).
