How to put the browser in Fullscreen mode without scrollbar?

If you want to visualise a Webpage at the 0,0 position of your browser in full screen mode without scrollbars, you'll need to add some extra html commands on your start-htm/html file of the Webproject in the body tag. The following code has been tested in the Microsoft Internet Explorer (IE) and Firefox 3.0.
Remark
Note that the Web Editor does not set these parameters automatically and these commands have to be added manually every time after generating the HTML page.
