The PCD3.M3xxx, PCD3.M5xxx and PCD3.M6xxx do feature different possibilities for using the port 10 (D-Sub connector) and port 2 (terminal block).
The above mentioned port can be used for Profibus DP, Profi-S-IO or Profi-S-Bus communication. Please refer to the following table for possible usages:

*Please be aware that it is not possible to use Profibus DP and Profi-S-IO communication in parallel on the same port!
Profi-S-Bus communication can either be used with Profibus DP or Profi-S-IO on the same port.
