What does the message "Header not initialised" mean?

FAQ #100316

While booting, the PCD reads the header of the user memory mounted on the PCD. In case the the memory doesn't contain a proper header, the message "Header not initialized" is shown when trying connecting the PCD.

To resolve the problem either an EPROM containing a proper header has to be mounted or the EPROM is to be removed.

It is possible that the same problem can occur if a Flash or RAM is mounted but the jumpers for defining the user memory (type and/or size) are not set correctly.
