PCD4.H120 doesn't work correctly after restart cold of PCD

If a Restart Cold is performed but the power supply wasn't interrupted, it is possible that the PCD4.H120 won't work correctly and it is even possible that the FB's provided to run the H120 will hang in an endless loop!
The reason is that there is no possibility restarting the controller of the H120 by any software.
But this doesn't mean that all time a power down/power up has to be performed in order to launch the H120 correctly again. It is possible to restart the controller of the H120 by interrupting the input Reset (input 6 for system 1and input 14 for system 2). The 24V on those inputs has to be interrupted for at least 25 μs, what easily can be done by a normal output that is switched off and on in the XOB16.
