PCD2.T850 ISDN Modem not available when placed behind a PBX

There are two things to check:

• the PBX (Private Branch Exchange) can be configured in a way so it blocks modem connections on this extension, ask to check this configuration.

• the T850 can be configured to answer to a specific MSN (Multiple subscriber number) only. If a T850 is brand new it answers to all modem calls, but if the modem has been used in another application where an MSN has been defined, this can cause problems. PG5: the most elegant way to configure the MSN is using the relevant FBox of the Modem Library
