Yes. At present, the following connections can be planned with the PCD2.M157/177 and M487:
- UDP connection
- TCP connection (active/passive)
- ISO on TCP connections (active/passive).
The PCD2.M487 can continue to be programmed via Ethernet. The maximum number of simultaneous connections on Ethernet TCP/IP from/to a PCD (per PCD) is 9 for the PCD2.M157 and 64 for the PCD2.M177/M487. The following OPC servers have been tested:
