Can a Step®7 project edited for Saia PCD® xx7 series run again on an S7?

Basically, yes. The operating system of the Saia PCD® xx7 series interprets Step®7 STL code. This means that a Step®7 program is executable in all STL based languages, such as LAD, FDB, Higraph, SCL and S7-Graph, and therefore also on a Simatic controller. Program modifications will be necessary when calling system functions specific to Saia (e.g. special modules, such as for communications or to access peripherals that are not present).
